Two-factor authentication

No admin master key is used anywhere — every server action runs as the signed-in user, under the same row-level security. Connected-service credentials are encrypted and unreadable through the app.

Can Nsesa run fully offline, on our own servers?+
Yes. Semantic indexing always runs locally. For the AI itself, cloud mode (Claude) is the default for best quality, but local AI mode runs chat, meeting analysis, and transcription on your own hardware via Ollama and a local Whisper server — nothing is ever sent to an external API in that mode.
How does access control actually work?+
Every company defines its own roles — any names, any number of tiers, each with 13 independent permission toggles. On top of that, any document or meeting can be limited by category, department, seniority level (“Manager and up”), specific roles, or shared with named individuals. The same rules gate the AI: chat and search can only retrieve what that person is allowed to see.
Which meeting platforms are supported?+
The meeting bot joins Google Meet and Zoom calls live, records, and hands off for analysis automatically (Microsoft Teams support is built and in validation). You can also upload a recording, or paste or upload a transcript — the analysis works the same either way.
What file types can we upload?+
PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), and plain text. Files can be uploaded directly or synced from Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
How do we get started, and how do people join?+
New company workspaces are set up by the Nsesa team — request a quote or a meeting below and we'll onboard your first admin. From there, your team joins six ways: Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, email + password, invite links (single, bulk, or CSV), Google Workspace directory import, and Microsoft 365 directory import. Admins can also register company email domains so new hires are routed into an approval queue automatically.
Is our data mixed with other companies'?+
No. Every workspace is isolated at the database layer with row-level security on every table, and that isolation is exercised by an automated verification suite. Your documents, meetings, chats, and dashboards are only ever visible inside your company.
