Chat with your knowledge base
Ask in plain language — “What does our MTN contract say about penalties?” — and get streaming answers grounded in your documents and meetings, with numbered citations that jump to the source.
Nsesa turns scattered documents, policies, contracts, and meetings into one searchable, conversational AI workspace — so knowledge stays when people leave, and answers take seconds, not days.

Ask in plain language — “What does our MTN contract say about penalties?” — and get streaming answers grounded in your documents and meetings, with numbered citations that jump to the source.
Send the Nsesa bot into a live Google Meet or Zoom call, or upload a recording or transcript. It returns a summary, decisions, risks, and action items with owners and due dates.
Define your own roles with 13 granular permissions, then layer categories, departments, seniority levels, and individual grants. The AI respects every rule — it can't be asked about what you can't see.
Keyword and semantic search across every policy, contract, SOP, and meeting your role can access. Misses are logged as knowledge gaps so you know what's missing.
13 widget types — activity by department, knowledge coverage, meeting cadence, overdue action items, AI usage — each shown as a figure, chart, or list, arranged per person.
Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint sync keep the knowledge base current. Onboard your whole team from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory in one pass.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, then invite people by link, CSV, domain auto-join, or a one-click import of your company directory — each person with their role, department, and level.
Upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files, or connect Drive, OneDrive, or SharePoint. Nsesa extracts, chunks, and indexes everything for semantic search — locally, with no per-document AI cost.
Chat with cited answers, search across everything, let the bot sit in your meetings, and watch action items get owners, deadlines, and reminders automatically.
Schedule the Nsesa bot into a Google Meet or Zoom call and it joins, records, and hands off automatically. Every meeting comes back as a summary with decisions, risks, and action items — assigned to real team members with due dates and email reminders. The transcript itself becomes searchable, citable knowledge, and everyone who spoke gets standing access to their own meeting.

Nsesa is multi-tenant with isolation enforced in the database, not the application — and if your documents can't leave the building, neither does the AI.
Every table carries row-level security scoped to your company — verified by automated cross-tenant tests, not just promised.
Flip one switch and chat, meeting analysis, and transcription run on your own hardware. Nothing leaves your network — and if the local model is down, Nsesa errors instead of silently falling back to the cloud.
TOTP two-factor for every member, and admins can require it across the whole workspace. Enforced against the session itself, so it can't be bypassed by knowing a URL.
No admin master key is used anywhere — every server action runs as the signed-in user, under the same row-level security. Connected-service credentials are encrypted and unreadable through the app.
Strict security headers, server-side file-type validation with magic-byte checks, rate limiting on every write, and a clean production dependency audit.
Blending live web results into answers is off by default, admin-controlled, and never available in local AI mode.
One OAuth consent per provider covers directory import and document sync. Sign-in works with Google, Microsoft, or plain email.
Yes. Semantic indexing always runs locally. For the AI itself, cloud mode (Claude) is the default for best quality, but local AI mode runs chat, meeting analysis, and transcription on your own hardware via Ollama and a local Whisper server — nothing is ever sent to an external API in that mode.
Every company defines its own roles — any names, any number of tiers, each with 13 independent permission toggles. On top of that, any document or meeting can be limited by category, department, seniority level (“Manager and up”), specific roles, or shared with named individuals. The same rules gate the AI: chat and search can only retrieve what that person is allowed to see.
The meeting bot joins Google Meet and Zoom calls live, records, and hands off for analysis automatically (Microsoft Teams support is built and in validation). You can also upload a recording, or paste or upload a transcript — the analysis works the same either way.
PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), and plain text. Files can be uploaded directly or synced from Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
New company workspaces are set up by the Nsesa team — request a quote or a meeting below and we'll onboard your first admin. From there, your team joins six ways: Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, email + password, invite links (single, bulk, or CSV), Google Workspace directory import, and Microsoft 365 directory import. Admins can also register company email domains so new hires are routed into an approval queue automatically.
No. Every workspace is isolated at the database layer with row-level security on every table, and that isolation is exercised by an automated verification suite. Your documents, meetings, chats, and dashboards are only ever visible inside your company.
Nsesa is deployed company by company, not self-serve — tell us about your team and we'll come back with a quote, or walk you through the product live. We'll also talk through where your data should live: our managed cloud, a dedicated database your company controls, or fully on-premises.
